Once payment has been received- there will be a link on the "Thank You" page and there will be an email with link for you to download the Business Formation Form to complete.  Once it has been completed, save & email to quanyatta@ybwconsulting.com. We will email you back with various dates and times to have your 15 minute Q&A session.  Depending on the state in which you want to register, additional fees may apply.
